  • Turkey breast sandwich, swiss cheese, savoury roasted yam, cucumbers, field greens and cranberry mayonnaise (1/2)

  • Crisp garden vegetables with peppercorn ranch dip

  • Freshly baked ginger molasses cookie

Vegetarian Option: roasted vegetable sandwich tossed in a walnut pesto, parmesan cheese, alfalfa sprouts and a hummus spread (1/2)

Jade Water Supper | $21/guest

  • Grilled wild Pacific salmon salad sandwich flavoured with capers, dill and lemon, topped with red onions, cucumbers and field greens.

  • Organic spinach leaves salad, candied pecans, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, sesame mango dressing
