Award winning Gabriel Mark Hasselbach is well known locally and internationally, with JUNOs, Album and Instrumentalist of the Year Awards, and a half dozen Billboard top twenty chart hits. His ability to double on trumpet, flute, flugelhorn (and more) are virtually unprecedented, and set him apart from typical horn players. He fully embraces contemporary and mainstream jazz and combines those idioms seemlessly into his live shows, from Montreux, to Tokyo, Singapore to the Netherlands, from New Orleans to LA, and back home to Vancouver. Gabriel's style is a timeless amalgamation of the vintage and the new: Blue Mitchell, Chet Baker, Chris Botti, and Rick Braun.
